About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Forzon website. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement between Forzon and the client, which takes precedence over anything here if the two ever differ.
Use of this website
This site is provided for information about Forzon and its services. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in a way that breaks the law. Content and branding on this site belong to Forzon or the respective owners.
Client work
The specifics of any engagement, including scope, service levels, responsibilities, fees and term, are set out in a written agreement before work begins. We do not take on production work on a handshake, it protects both of us.
Availability
We work hard to keep client systems healthy and available, and any uptime commitment lives in the client agreement. This website itself is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
Client responsibilities
Where you keep control of your own application code and content, you are responsible for its lawful use and for the accuracy of what you publish. We are responsible for the infrastructure it runs on, as described in your agreement.
No lock-in
Your workloads run on open, portable foundations. If you choose to leave, we will help you take your data and configuration with you in a reasonable and orderly way.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Forzon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Canadian law. Specific limits for paid services are set out in the client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
