Who we are

Forzon provides managed hosting and infrastructure services to businesses in Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• When you visit this site: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, along with privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics.
• When you become a client: the business and technical details needed to run and support your infrastructure.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks on this site. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

How we use it

We use the information above to answer your enquiry, provide and support our services, keep our systems secure, and meet our legal obligations. That is the extent of it.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate: Cloudflare for network and security, our email provider for correspondence, and Canadian data-centre infrastructure for hosting. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.

Where your data lives

Your data and its backups are kept on Canadian infrastructure. Some network and security services route traffic globally by design, but the systems of record stay in Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to help you or to keep a record of our dealings, and client data for the life of the engagement plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Security

Infrastructure is isolated per workload, access is restricted and logged, connections are encrypted, and backups are taken and kept off site. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting what you trust us with is the core of what we do.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above. Material changes will be noted clearly on this page.
